Please note: This is only a temporary form that allows you to hold a spot in a class for one week. We cannot hold a spot in any class for longer than a week, without payment of a non-refundable registration fee ($25 for individual/$35 for family). You can mail this in, or pay online. We will need you to complete and sign a registration form at your first class, or you may choose to print one and mail it in. To do so, click here
